We were welcomed by the staff that went out of their way to help us. Rooms were clean and big. Breakfast was filling. Location was excellent. Loved Edinburgh and the people.

If you are looking for a good, safe, quiet, reliable place to sleep, this is it. I just had my 2nd stay at this hotel. The owner is wondefully pleasant and accommodating and the hotel is very charming with personality. I was out all day long during the days all week only returning at night and I really was able to travel around the region without any worries about my things back at the hotel. The price is completely accurate to the location and the facility. I took a bus to the city center from the airport and then walked to the hotel. I will stay here everytime I go to Edinburgh and I will indeed recommend it to anybody going to Edinburgh.

Me and my friend chose to stay at this guest house the weekend we where to run the Scottish Half Marathon. The host was very helpful and friendly to us. The price on the rooms where very reasonable. The guest house was situated near the city centre and just a short walk from the start aerea in London Road. It is a place I would like to visit again if I'm going back to Edinburgh. The rooms where very bright and likeable. We even got two rooms next to each other with a very clean bathroom and a shared entrance room. Thanks for our stay. It is very recommendable.

We stayed there for two nights - it is near to the city center - our room was equipped oldfashioned but with a new bathroom. Very friendly staff. I recommend the guesthouse.

Stayed in a twin room with a mate for the six nations, very good price, location is excellent, about 5 minutes walk to Princess Street, about 25 minute walk to Murrayfield stadium. Broughton Street seconds round the corner has loads of bars and restaurants. Hotel was clean, room was large and staff were very friendly. Would recommend.
